Repeat Program Experience
From a major anniversary program to dozens of polo styles.
In 2022, we completed a large-volume 150th-anniversary apparel program for a major Chinese enterprise group. The coordinated set used embroidered branding and included custom tops with golf-style trousers.
The relationship continued beyond the event. We subsequently developed dozens of custom polo shirt styles for repeat requirements, retaining approved artwork, measurements, fabric directions and production details to support future orders.

What is the minimum order quantity?
100-piece custom polo projects are welcome. Smaller batches and other products are reviewed by style and customization; there is no catalog-wide minimum. Paid samples of 1-5 pieces can be arranged.
Can you support different fits and sizes?
Selected programs support US/EU size matrices, unisex fits, separate men and women fits, and extended sizes subject to style confirmation.
How long do samples and bulk production take?
Samples are normally paid; 1-5 pieces can be arranged. Standard sample prices do not include custom logos or custom fabrics. Custom sample fees, availability and timing are confirmed by quotation. Normal domestic handover or readiness for departure is approximately 15 days for Standard Polo and approximately one month for other Uniform / Workwear. International transit time is additional. Specially woven fabrics, complex processes and other special order conditions require a separate schedule.
Choose the polo before approving the logo
Compare the textured cotton pique polo with the smoother cool-dry polo direction. The product names describe different sourcing directions; they do not establish a measured drying or wash-performance advantage.
- Ask for the selected sample composition, measured GSM and garment measurements.
- Approve logo dimensions, position, thread or print colors on the selected fabric.
- Send quantity by color and size, destination and required arrival date. Confirm whether the minimum applies per style or color.
Use the fabric selection guide for your brief. The published 500-piece embroidery case describes one stock-garment project, not a standard delivery promise.
