What is the minimum order quantity?
100-piece custom polo projects are welcome. Smaller batches and other products are reviewed by style and customization; there is no catalog-wide minimum. Paid samples of 1-5 pieces can be arranged.
Can you support different fits and sizes?
Selected programs support US/EU size matrices, unisex fits, separate men and women fits, and extended sizes subject to style confirmation.
How long do samples and bulk production take?
Samples are normally paid; 1-5 pieces can be arranged. Standard sample prices do not include custom logos or custom fabrics. Custom sample fees, availability and timing are confirmed by quotation. Normal domestic handover or readiness for departure is approximately 15 days for Standard Polo and approximately one month for other Uniform / Workwear. International transit time is additional. Specially woven fabrics, complex processes and other special order conditions require a separate schedule.
Plan an event T-shirt order around the approval date
Start with the existing crew-neck T-shirt. For cotton, heavier-weight or long-sleeve requests, send a reference and ask for feasibility, materials and sampling before treating them as available specifications.
- Separate wearer quantities by size and color, and identify the event or issue date.
- Send print artwork, print dimensions and placement; confirm the decoration method on a sample.
- Request composition, GSM, measurements and care information for the selected configuration. Drying speed and wash durability require product-specific evidence.
Combining garments? Use the Polo and T-shirt program. Review the existing embroidery case as a process example; it does not establish T-shirt print performance or lead time.
